Peter Syme

Keynote Speaker

Peter is an ex-tour operator who ran adventure tourism operations in multiple countries. He now runs the world's largest community of tour operators with over 21k members. He consults with over 70 travel technology companies, ranging from the largest, such as Google, to small startups, and everything in between. Peter has previously spoken at IWINETC 2021 Porto, Portugal on Wine Tourism in 2041 and at IWINETC 2024 Plovdiv, Bulgaria on How to Use AI to Supercharge your Wine Tourism Business.

Roberta Garibaldi

Keynote Speaker

Roberta Garibaldi is a university professor. She conducts training and research activities to enhance territories, gastronomy and cultural tourism. She is responsible for many applied projects at the international level and has worked for many Ministries of Tourism and international agencies (including the World Tourism Organization and FAO). She was the CEO of the Italian National Tourism Board-ENIT during the Draghi government and Vice President of the OECD-Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development Tourism Committee. Wojciech Giebuta

Wojciech Giebuta Sommelier, wine journalist, and oenotourism guide. He holds the International Higher Certificate in Wines and Spirits WSET. He has been professionally involved with wine since 1997. He has conducted wine-related training sessions for institutions such as the Collegium Medicum of the Jagiellonian University, Civitas University in Warsaw, as well as courses organised by the Wine House Club, with which he collaborates on a permanent basis. Vadim champions digitalization, sustainability, and the promotion of local (km 0) products as key pillars to strengthen tourism competitiveness and enhance the visitor experience.

Patrik Kubát

Industry expert

Patrik Kubát has long been involved in connecting the worlds of wine and tourism, with a focus on wine tourism and marketing. He is professionally associated with the National Wine Center and the national wine brand Vína z Moravy, vína z Čech (Wines of Moravia, Wines of Bohemia), where he contributes to the strategic communication of the wine sector and the development of wine destinations. His work also includes communication for the Wine Salon of the Czech Republic, a national wine competition and public tasting exhibition. A significant part of his work also involves working with wine events, their promotion and administration within the Wine Events Calendar, the largest database of wine events in the Czech Republic, as well as monitoring long-term trends in wine tourism.

Malgorzata Rose

Malgorzata Rose, also known by her nickname Sarna, is the founder and President of Poland Culinary Vacations, Inc., boutique tour operator based in the USA. She's originally from Poland and her 18 years old company is a result of her love and fervor for traveling and all that is Polish, including it's delicious cuisine and wine. She has had over 35 years of international voyaging—both for business and enjoyment—and a long and successful career in the fields of sales and marketing. This strong background allowed her to create unique and memorable culinary and wine vacations to various regions of Poland. Growing up in Poland, she would often cook with family and friends, using recipes from her grandmothers and ingredients from their gardens, to make food for traditional holidays, parties and weddings.
