As emerged from the Annual Reports by the Italian Observatory on Wine Tourism by the National Association of “Città del Vino” (“Wine Cities”), it is no longer a secondary activity for wineries, but a business with equal or even greater importance, continuously expanding through service innovation and supply enlargement.
