The safety of our conference delegates and staff at IWINETC is a top priority. Working with our local partner the Porto & North Portugal Convention Bureau, The Lodge Wine and Business 5* Hotel (event venue) and local authorities, and under our own strict precautions, we have put measures in place to allow you to enjoy the IWINETC experience whilst keeping yourself, and others, safe.
Safety guidlines
Registration Please make sure you register prior to the event. Admission will be strictly by registration in advance only and details may be used for contact tracing if necessary.
On arrival Please have your registration details available when you arrive to help move through registration quickly and to avoid delays.
Face covering All attendees are required to wear a facemask in all areas of the IWINETC Conference and B2B Workshop at all times. IWINETC will provide face masks in the conference bag.
Distancing Increased spacing for seating in the conference and B2B Workshop room
Hygiene Hand sanitiser will be readily available throughout the venue.
Getting to Portugal during COVID
To enter Portugal by plane you simply need to complete a Passenger Locator Card. Once completed you will be issued a QR code which you will need to show at the control points upon arrival at Porto International Airport. Get your QR code and further information here>>
