We present a southwestern region of Bulgaria, along the middle course of the Struma River, which includes the cities of Sandanski, Petrich, Strumyani and Melnik, together with the constituent villages. Over 40 wine cellars of different capacities are located here, most of them with world recognition and awards. This is the region where unique grape varieties grow and the winemaking tradition is over 2,000 years old. Wine, spa and wellness, cultural-historical and sports tourism are highly developed in the region.

CzechTourism is the official government agency responsible for promoting the Czech Republic abroad. It is in daily touch with journalists, travel agencies, tour operators and other specialists, for whom it organizes press trips and familiarization trips. CzechTourism analyzes statistical data and conducts statistical surveys on incoming tourism. The National Wine Centre is a non-profit organisation, whose objective is the promotion and support of wine and viticulture of the Czech Republic. The main activity is operating of the permanent wine tasting exhibition - the Wine Salon of the Czech Republic. Visitors can taste here the top 100 Czech wines of the year.
