Barbara is a marketing and tourism professional with almost 20 years of experience. She is a founder of Taste & Travel Slovenia, agency specialized in boutique wine and culinary tours in Slovenia. She also works for Slovenian Tourism Board in the field of research and destination development.

Her enthusiasm for new discoveries, quality food and wine inspired her to start her own business. Marketing, customer experience, destination marketing and event management are her key specialities.

Her focus is quality over quantity. She always takes time to develop, taste and test the new tour. When in a dilemma what to include into the tour, hospitality, quality of the wine and food, authenticity and uniqueness of the experience are her highest ranked criteria. As a nationally certificated tourist guide she keeps in touch with customers’ expectations and interests from the first hand.
