34124 Trieste (Italy). Simultaneous translation will be provided from English to Italian and from Italian to English in the main conference room.

Ronchi del Legionari airport is the nearest to Trieste but many more international flights land at Venice Marco Polo Airport. Delegates landing at Venice on Monday 23 March 2020 before 18.00 will benefit from a free shuttle transfer service from the airport to Trieste. A shuttle timetable and details will be published in February 2020.
From the A4 Venice / Trieste Highway (27km), take the ‘Sistiana / Trieste Centro’ exit and follow the directions to the center of Trieste. Once on the seafront, you will see the Stazione Marittima Conference Hall near Piazza Unità D’Italia.
From Trieste Central Railway Station (800m), you can enjoy a walk along the sea or take bus n. 8 or n. 30. The stop is in front of the Stazione Marittima Conference Hall.
Getting from Venice Marco Polo Airport to Trieste

A chauffeur driven car service operates in the reserved lanes at Venice Marco Polo Airport.
From Venezia Santa Lucia or Venezia-Mestre you have several connections to Trieste railway station (https://www.trenitalia.com/en.html) The train station is in the city center – max 15 minutes walking from the main hotels or 5 minutes by taxi (+39 040 307730)
