Conference Delegate Registration
The annual IWINETC is the main international event in the Wine & Culinary Tourism calendar. Attended by over 300 professionals from more than 50 countries, it involves a 2-day programme of around 25 talks, workshops, panel discussions, tastings and symposiums as well as a vibrant social programme. This offers delegates a unique opportunity to enhance their knowledge about all aspects of wine tourism, and exchange ideas with fellow professionals from all sectors of wine and culinary tourism. It also provides the ideal occasion to discover the Basque Country as a grape escape destination.

Getting to IWINETC
Bilbao’s chic looking Loiu Airport is the place to fly to. The Airport is well connected within Europe. For those of you arriving on long-haul flights from the USA, Canada or elsewhere, it will almost certainly be necessary to fly to Madrid or Barcelona and connect to Bilbao.
To get to Vitoria-Gasteiz by bus from Bilbao Airport you will have to first get a bus into Bilbao Terminus to connect with a second bus from Bilbao to Vitoria-Gasteiz. Vitoria – Gasteiz has a small airport with direct flights to just 4 European cities: Cologne, Milan, Sevilla and Tenerife.
The Europa Conference Centre has ample paid parking but you will need to download an app for this called Intelligent Parking>> It is possible to find free parking close to the IWINETC venue if you arrive in good time.
There are around 9 connections from Madrid and Barcelona.

Delegates also participating in the Wine Tourism B2B Workshop as a wine tourism experience providers on 14 March should book accommodation as required in Vitoria-Gasteiz. A shuttle bus to the Workshop venue and return will be available leaving from NH Canciller Ayala Hotel at 07.30
