All appointments are made in advance of the Workshop through an online diary. All appointments are set directly with agents. This means that in advance of the B2B Workshop, trade suppliers will have their agenda full of appointments.

Individual appointments with tour operators and agents specialised in wine and culinary tourism are made between 09.00 and 17:00 Thursday March 14th. Each appointment lasts 10 mins with a 5 min for the agent to change from one appointment to the next. All appointments are set in advance through the online diary programme “My Wine Pleasures”
