  • EU registered companies with a valid EU VAT Nº are not eligible to pay 21% Spanish VAT on top of the published ticket price nor are non EU based companies eligible to pay. Spanish companies must add on 21% VAT to the published ticket price. Individuals registering with their own personal details must add 21% to the published ticket price if place of residence is within the EU. If you do not have an EU VAT Nº as your company is not EU based then please indicate this in the filed with N/A
    The standard registration fee includes attendance IWINETC Welcome reception, access to all of the conference talks, the exhibition area, the Grand Tasting Wines of Northern Portugal, coffee breaks on each day, lunch on 26 & light lunch 27 October, conference bag with goodies and post conference visit to WOW. If you wish to make a group registration please of more than 2 pax then please contact us for a quote on sandra@winepleasures.com

What’s the refund policy?

Conference tickets once purchased are non refundable.

Do I have to bring my printed invoice to the event?


Can I update my registration information?

Yes. You can do this by emailing us on info@winepleasures.com

Is my registration fee or ticket transferable?

You can transfer your ticket to another person but only for the current edition of the event i.e. 2019

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn’t match the person who attends?

No. If you wish to transfer your ticket to someone else in your organisation then you must advise the organisers quoting your invoice number.
