  • EU registered companies with a valid EU VAT Nº are not eligible to pay 21% Spanish VAT on top of the published ticket price nor are non EU based companies eligible to pay. Spanish companies must add on 21% VAT to the published ticket price. Individuals registering with their own personal details must add 21% to the published ticket price if place of residence is within the EU. If unsure if you must pay VAT or not please contact the IWINETC Team on +34 93 897 70 48 or email info@winepleasures.com before completing your registration. If you do not have an EU VAT Nº as your company is not EU based then please indicate this in the filed with N/A

    Event cancellation or postponement
    Wine Events Worldwide takes no responsibility if unforeseen circumstances (fuerza mayor) cause Wine Events Worldwide to cancel IWINETC or a component of IWINETC all delegates will be informed as soon as possible. In such a case the registration fee/s paid are non refundable and non transferable to a subsequent annual edition. In the event of event postponement the registration fee paid is transferable to the new dates.

Do I have to bring my printed invoice to the event?

Yes.

Can I update my registration information?

Yes. You can do this by emailing us on info@winepleasures.com

Is my registration fee or ticket transferable?

You can transfer your ticket to another person but only for the current edition of the event i.e. 2019

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn’t match the person who attends?

No. If you wish to transfer your ticket to someone else in your organisation then you must advise the organisers quoting your invoice number.
